Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if needed due to unforeseen circumstances and changes in programming at the service. All staff members in attendance carry valid working with children check cards and staff are qualified and trained in delivering the programs to children of all ages. Risk assessments are carried out for all activities and can be supplied on request. We hold $20 million in public liability insurance for all workshops and incursions. We accept no liability for any injuries that occur whilst providing the workshop if said injuries are a result of children failing to follow instructions and/or OSHC staff not supervising appropriately.
